How long does delivery take?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible as we begin the production process immediately to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.
When will my order be shipped?

ètouffer accessories are handmade to order, but some items are in stock and ready to ship.

In-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Made-to-order items take 4-8 business days to produce.

How do I find my correct size?

We provide detailed size charts for each product. To measure:

For chokers/collars: Measure around the base of your neck, keeping the tape snug but comfortable

For cuffs/belts: Measure around the intended body part

Pro tip: Measure at your largest point. If between sizes, size up for comfort.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes! We offercustom sizingfor most products. Custom orders may require additional production time (add 2-3 business days).To request custom dimensions, please:

  2. Provide your exact measurements
  3. Confirm any additional costs (if applicable)

Note:Custom orders are final sale and may not be eligible for exchange.
How do I adjust the fit?

Most of our products feature multiple adjustment points(buckles, snaps, holes) to customize the fit. If you need more holes added after purchase, contact us—many adjustments can be done at home with a leather punch.
Materials & Care
What materials are used in Etouffer products?

All Etouffer accessories are crafted from premium Italian vegetable-tanned leather. This traditional tanning method uses natural plant-based extracts, resulting in leather that is durable, develops a beautiful patina over time, and is free from harmful chemicals. Our hardware (buckles, rings, studs) is made from solid brass or stainless steel for lasting quality.For our customize item we can provide gold or silver hardware.
How should I care for my leather accessories?

Storage:Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Store flat or hanging to maintain shape.

Cleaning:Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a leather-specific cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or submerging in water.

Conditioning:Apply leather conditioner every 3-6 months to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking.

Aging:Vegetable-tanned leather naturally darkens and develops a unique patina with use—this is a sign of quality, not damage.

⚠️Note:Our leather is unlined and unfinished to maintain its natural beauty. Minor natural markings may be present.
Is the leather waterproof?

Vegetable-tanned leather is naturally water-resistant but not waterproof. Light moisture is fine, but prolonged exposure to water may cause the leather to warp or stiffen. If wet, allow to air-dry naturally at room temperature—never use heat. Condition after drying.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I request a return?

Due to the handmade and made to order nature of our products, returns are not possible.
However, if there is a manufacturing fault, etouffer will offer a refund via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange.
How can I exchange an item?

All products can be exchanged in case of a sizing problem.
We encourage our customers to take their measurements and use the size charts available before placing an order.

 To request an exchange or return, please contact our customer support at contact@etouffer.com within 14 days of the initial delivery date.

After your exchange or return is approved, we will provide you with the return procedure via email. Returns should be shipped within 7 days of approval, new and unused, in their original packaging with tags.

Our customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange.

Once we receive the items and inspect them for any damage or signs of use, we will process a refund or exchange within 5 business days.
